विजय दशमी एक ऐसा त्योहार है जिसे हम भगवान श्री राम की विजय के उपलक्ष्य में उत्साह से मनाते हैं और मुझे लगता है मानना भी चाहिए क्योंकि इसमे सिर्फ श्री राम की जीत नहीं बल्कि हर उस व्यक्ति विशेष की जीत है जो अहंकार, अन्याय और दंभ के विरुद्ध लड़ा है। यह जीत धर्म की है। लंकापति रावण जिसके सामने प्रतिद्वंद्वी का ठहर पाना असंभव था, एक ऐसा योद्धा जिसके हंसने मात्र से स्त्रियों के गर्भ गिर जाते थे, जिससे देवता भी डरते हो, उसके पास किसी अस्त्र-शस्त्र की कमी नहीं थी। उस रावण के सामने थे भगवान राम। सरल मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम राम- जिनके पास ना कोई रथ था, ना कोई दिव्य अस्त्र, बस था तो सिर्फ सत्य और धर्म का प्रकाश।
जिस व्यक्ति के काम में इमानदारी हो और इरादे नेक हो तो उसे रावण भी कैसे रोक सकता है। कहां श्री राम जंगल में भी चैन से भगवान के आसरे सो गए तो वही रावण जानता था कि श्री राम के हाथों उसकी हार सुनिश्चित है इसलिए सोने के महल में भी उसकी नींद उड़ गई।
निर्भय और सत्य की पताका लिए चलने वाला व्यक्ति ही ऐसा कोई कार्य कर सकता है जो कई सदियों तक याद रखा जा सके। जिसके पास सत्य होता है उसके पास कोई भय, डर या चिंता ज्यादा देर नहीं ठहरती। वैसे हम सब के अंदर कोई न कोई भय जरूर व्याप्त होता है और ये डर ही हमे अपनी सबसे बड़ी उड़ान भरने से रोकता है क्योंकि हम डरते है -समाज मे बेइज्जत होने से, हम डरते है कुछ खोने से, हम डरते है किसी के नाराज होने से, हम वैसे ही दिखना चाहते हैं जैसे समाज चाहता है । इसलिए हम एक नकली व्यक्तित्व ओढ़ लेते हैं और भूल जाते हैं कि वास्तव में हम हैं कौन। और ऐसे में हमारा असली व्यक्तित्व कहीं खो जाता है।
जो लोग समाज में महान बने हैं वो ऐसे ही नहीं बने उन्हें भी प्रतिरोध सहना पड़ा। पहले अपनों से और फिर सारी दुनिया से। उन्होंने किसी और के लिए खुद को नहीं बदला और उन्होंने सबसे पहले खुद को ही स्वीकार किया।
हम कई बार अपने दुख को इतना प्यार करते है कि हम उसे खोना ही नहीं चाहते। बल्कि हम उन लोगों को ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण मानते है जो हमको दुख, अपमान, घृणा देते है । क्या आपको ऐसा लगता है कि आप ऐसा नहीं करते ? अगर हां, तो इस पर फिर से विचार कीजिए। यकीन मानिए आपको दिन भर आपके शुभचिंतक याद आए या नहीं आए लेकिन वो व्यक्ति जिसने आपको डर और दुख दिया है जरूर याद आता है। जिस डर को आपने पल-पल पाला है आखिर उससे आप यूं ही अलग कहां हो पाएँगे। और यही वह डर है जिसकी वजह से आपको अर्थराइटिस, डिमेंशिया जैसे कितने रोग होने वाले है । डर की वजह से ही ठीक से मूत्र त्यागने में परेशानी होती है और फिर यह ऐसिड धीरे-धीरे शरीर में जमा होने लगता है और आपके यूरिक ऐसिड को बढ़ाता है और फिर कुछ सालों मे आपको कई गंभीर बीमारियां घेर लेती है ।
इस विजयादशमी पर जब भगवान राम का सामना रावण से होगा, तो मैं चाहता हूं कि आपके दिल, दिमाग और आत्मा में अगर कोई भय घर किए बैठा है तो वो जीवन भर के लिए खत्म हो जाए। इस डर को दूर करने का एक उपाय है जो भगवान श्री राम ने खुद भी किया था-देवी दुर्गा की प्रार्थना। भगवान राम ने भी अंतिम युद्ध से पहले देवी को 108 नीला कमल अर्पित कर देवी से प्रार्थना की थी।
एक उपाय यह करें कि सुबह 10 दीए लें और अपने घर की दसों दिशाओं में एक घी का दीया जलाएं और हर दीए में एक बादाम को ढककर रखें और दीया जलाकर देवी सूक्तम का पाठ करें। उन दस स्थानों में आठ दीए तो 8 दिशाओं में रखें, एक अपने घर के मंदिर में और एक घर के ठीक सेंटर यानि कि मध्य में। और दीया जलाते समय यदि संभव हो तो परिवार के सभी सदस्य एक साथ मिलकर देवी से शांति, समृद्धि और अंधकार पर जीत की कामना करें। आप सभी को विजयादशमी की बहुत बहुत बधाई !
