The best part of Jyotish which keeps the will to keep working is prediction and nothing else, The only reason you will be able to continue Jyotish for long time is when you are constantly predicting future as it keeps you on your toes but there are pitfalls while making prediction such as client asking question which has nothing to do with Dasha and too communicate it with ease is most difficult part.
The difficult part is on both sides as client asks questions on what is visible to him and his current problem while the astrologer looks beyond and see the future and this is why there is a mismatch in expectations.

See – that day Sun and Saturn were exact opposite in transit and you running a dasa which is of malefic Moon placed in Saggi-created this but I would suggest to look for contractual or freelance work as this dasa is not favorable for work regular projects- however this dasa is also a blessing in disguise to get you connected to foreign clients and work remotely.
In transit Saturn is transiting 3rd house in his birth chart and the day Sun come complete opposite in 9th house was the day when his father got paralyzed, Moon is in Mool nakshatra- the nakshatra of Mool is extremely intense energy and not everyone is ready to pay the price of Mool nakshatra where everything will be brought to zero so you can start something new, Moon being in 12th house of birth chart along with Neptune- The water triggered the paralysis, while doing the tarpan of ancestors- being in sign of Sagittarius, father suffered.
12th house belongs to forces of nature whom you should pay back, and usually in the dasa of 12th house people get extremely blessed or cursed based on the combinations, Here you see the work of Moon here is being 7th lord in 12th house is making sure native gets losses via nature as it is 6th from original house also placed in 6th house navansh.
Prediction was clear that no job will come – please focus on freelance work in this dasha and he did get clients as freelance but you see if someone gets hellbent on getting a job only in this dasha then it becomes a big trouble as agenda of this dasha is not job but you should serve your ancestors (actually his wife should- I will explain) but since he is unmarried he is going to serve his ancestors, This was infact real agenda of this dasha.
Moon is also darakaraka placed in pitrikaraka sign – Placed in 10th from Arudha lagna – going through dasha of Libra/Saggi- See now chart from Pisces (Arudha lagna as ascendant) Dasa of 8th sign -with 10th sign- dispositor in 9th house – Make things extremely clear that why his career will have severe impact.

Both transit Saturn and Jupiter has aspect on 12house on moon and Sagittarius sig.
Above tanist of karma (Saturn) with jeev (Jupiter) aspects 12 th bhava.
Making 3,6,12 combination in transit
And Dasha lord moon is in 12th also so making combination of 7,12 which is of change of place and travel also.
