There are times when Jargons are taught to each Jyotish student when we all start our journey, and we also repeat the same jargon from time to time, but there comes a day after many years of practice, observations and divine interventions when we are truly able to understand some essence of the sutra.
One such sutra is to use “Desh Kaal Patra” and sometimes i wonder do we really know Jyotish as even basics of it, or is it only me as mand-mati who has not understood depth of such dictums, I am writing my observations and experiences based on several charts what Desh, kaal, Patra means.
The moment you will start to live, many people be unhappy with you as the world continuously tells you how you should live and to make sure you follow the rules. You are a free spirit, and this is not liked by anyone who is bound by rules. People will always have ideas about what is best for them, but deep down, it is what they think is best for them if they behave in a certain manner.
Saturn is a planet of restriction, humiliation, rules, sorrow and this a how masses are controlled- As Mel Gibson said- “No one is more powerful than a person who has been humiliated in public and still survived.” (He has same combination in chart that is why same time in 1995 when he was getting Oscar- he was also accused of many other things.)
If in life you ever get attacked by humiliation, rules or judged for something you have done for your own happiness, set yourself free from such people; more you will be clear to people, the happier you will become.
Jupiter -Saturn dasa was running when he got Oscar as well as Humiliation – “Ironically- Since its a Saturn dasa”, Saturn was ruling both the 9th and 8th houses and gave a results of both. Mahadasa lord Jupiter is 10th lord and 7th lord and it has exchange houses with 3rd lord of creativity Sun, making it extremely strong but Sun being placed in 7th house, Problems from female was to occur in this dasa.
Let us look at world from the point of view of Vastu, The Vastu of this whole universe so magical that it has never failed once, Japan is the land of rising Sun -EAST and this is why for these natives in Japan are to follow strict orders, stay in discipline and timing is the most important for their culture, weather is reaching office on time or running trains and transports on time while you will be surprised to know Japan is a shame driven society since for someone who is living in a prominent place of Sun, getting humiliated is not acceptable that is why it is used as a most powerful weapon.
Look exact opposite of Japan in the west the land of setting Sun is Norway but you can take the entire west zone their society is developed on a different culture where things are acceptable even if you do something wrong, you will have therapies, phycologist and will talk about feelings rather than someone shaming you, There is acceptability for bad grades to sexual choices one will make in life and this is true quality of Saturn to accept things and make space for everyone, for example every drug addict in Norway is paid by government, Job is provided and offer several solutions, Even prisons are well kept and this is why some western countries are shutting down jails as there are not enough prisoners. These two are extreme ends and have a clearcut energy but imagine someone in between with a mixed energy- Countries with mixed energy are always interesting- The world is ruled by people with clear energies as they are clear in their goals- look for countries in between and you will find clear cut troubles and the biggest example of them all is Middle east – Which has energy of Shukra (SE) – Look between Japan and Norway and you will find Siberia and their conflicts.
One secret in this global world you should take in to account is where the person is living and what dasa is he running- Imagine a person is living in Bengaluru which is IT capital of India and has a malefic placed Rahu in their chart – The dasa of Rahu is going to be extremely troublesome for the native, as now beyond chart something which is working over and above everything is Desh and this has more weightage than anything else.

But someone said..if native have good 4th house than any place will be good for native..is it true???
It’s never something like always good when it comes to planets nd their placement. Good 4th house means native is too much addicted to its comfort zone he will never going to take steps out of his birth place or house so their are chances that he wouldn’t get what a strugglers can

Desh, kaali paatra is most confusing concept for me. It’s always great to have deepanshuji experience who throw a good light on this most untouched concept.
1 Desh whether it is psychology or medical studies both give this as a one of the main tool, why and how different cultures, places condition and surrounding around anyone give major impact on personal choice, thoughts and way of living. There is very thin line between concept of right and wrong deed.
Still few rules always exist
One of them is Peace
Everyone need it, has to be comfortable.
2. Kaali time is great teacher. Sanatan dharma realize it hance give most stress on it. With time everything is going to change.
To my surprise I realize even in same people are living in different time zone and different era.
Again the concept of base line apply here too
Whatever the kaali is when it come on Survival only rule is to love yourself is must.

I moved to Mumbai When my Jupiter mahadasha started in 2012 Though things were not that great career wise but my health was good.. ever since I have moved to Raipur chattisgarh post lockdown my health has taken a tol and I am constantly visting doctors for one reason or another.
