The Tragedy King – Mukesh

The Tragedy King – Mukesh

These beautiful lines were sung by legendary singer Mukesh, and even 50 years after his death, most of his songs are still alive; imagine the craze when he would have been at his peak, especially when you have legend Mohd. Rafi you are to be compared with, The depth in his voice was not only extraordinary but you could feel the expression in many of his songs.

While listening to this song today in car while driving back, I made my mind that i am going to search for the chart of Mukesh today only to see if Saturn is linked to 3rd house or lagan and as i expected, A prominent Saturn placed in lagan in the sign of Mercury giving him such a deep voice that you can feel the hollow.

Look at all the degrees very closely and carefully above, did you notice a pattern? All planets are in close degree to Moon and Lagna and even Ghatika Lagna is at the magical degree of 21– and moreover GL is placed in lagna, in all the major divisonal charts as well, Imagine all planets vibrating at only one frequency to make a smooth road for native, second thing no planets are in 6/8 to each other means there is no one to stop or create an obstacle for this native, RA/KE can’t be counted in such yogas.

We will see rise of singing legend with the help of dasa sequence- The first part is what is so special in this chart as in singers chart there has to be combination of 1st and 3rd house to get fame of such kind 5th house has to be connected to 10th lord and lagna.

In the case above, you see all the combinations are ending up in 10th house of Venus- This means all the connections are eventually giving power to Shukra in mercurian sign, Who is a second lord to make native a genius artist -Saturn being the significator of sadness and its aspect on 3rd house not only in rasi chart but also in D-9 and D-10 make it an important planet to deliver a rajyog.

There were two dasas where life took turn for this legendary singer and one of them was sisters marriage, where he was signing and he was brought to Mumbai for further training, that was dasa of Mercury -Saturn and then when his voice got recognized that was in Saturn-Mercury and he won national award in this dasa, Mercury dasa was fantastic for him as he sung masterpieces in this dasa and specially in Mercury-Saturn.

The followed the dasa of Ketu where he was in flow and there was a bliss in voice and this was due presence of exalted Ketu in dasamasa when he sang- “Kabhi Kabhi mere dil me”

All the songs you see below were sung during only one dasa- Mercury-Saturn – Can you imagine that everone of them is still a masterpiece, Whenever we run a dasa which is associated with lagna in good yog, native does something extraordianry in that dasa.

“Kahin door jab din dhal Jaaye” from Anand(1971),[11] “Ek Pyaar ka Nagma hai” from Shor (1972), “Maine Tere Liye Hi Saat Rang Ke” from Anand (1972), “Sab Kuch Seekha Humne” from Anari (1959), “Jeena yahan marna yahan” and “Kehta hai Joker” from Mera Naam Joker (1971) are the most popular among his fans and followers.[12]
