Groom is getting ready as you climb the last steep step on Kailash, the view is unmatchable after all you are standing at the gate of Mahayogi, It is breath taking there is a peace in chaos- Chaos?? At Kailash – yes because no one here has ever thought Shiv will get married, everyone is not only inexperienced in terms of marriage but the air at Kailash is filled with strange kind of happy energy or is it us only who are filling butterflies in stomach.
As you gather your breath back which is taken away by looking at Mahayogi -The scene cannot be described in words as for a glance Mahayogi looks at you and that one gaze is enough to send chill down the spine and you just froze in time, Mahayogi sitting on a golden slab, everyone waiting for mahayogi to get up as it is almost time, Eyes are still trying to adjust to the light as Sun was exactly in his background like rising from the head and sun rays making snow sparkle, As it is mid february, some snow is about to melt and you can see land at some places.
As Mahayogi being busy in his own rhythm, you are trying to get a glance of his face or may be if you can get a chance to talk to him or at least someone should ask, how was the journey? nothing you were disappointed and feeling why all these people here are standing silent, Why they are not talking and should i proceed further to go in front of Mahayogi, just to say pranam, will it look good ? or what if some other ritual is going on which i am not aware about, and you try to analyze the situation and then find the right moment to talk and get a five minute speaking window, The wait is unreal, how there people are so silent, hurry up, I need to do something else as well, I came in marriage but there is lot to be done today.
Look at the picture below carefully- There are two humans who don’t know what they are doing there, Nandi smiling on the side with everyone trying to convince Shiv to wear silk robes but Shiv is not interested not looking at the robes sent by his in-laws- He is looking at aghori -to apply ashes on to his body.
The thoughts are constantly running in mind and there is hardly anything you can see due to reflection in your eyes and you decide to close your eyes to get a relief but suddenly you feel in closed eyes as shade has come and as you opened the eyes you saw Shiva turned towards you,covered the Sun and now you can see Shiv, you are able to see those big eyes and forehead, everything stopped and you gasp for breath as that gaze was something no one has ever seen, no words can describe that gaze, may be that is why even after writing so much about God in the end it is written neti-neti – means something else also could have been written, how you are going to describe the eyes of Mahayogi like he knew you will come , the smile is assurance and acknowledgment of him noting you down and slowly by looking at him you are trying to gather yourself and trying some other place to sit where you can see Shiv and no one else.
That one gaze for few seconds now changed everything inside, whatever construct you had till now is now gone, that gaze is still with you, you don’t want to talk to anyone, socialize or have food as your head is now in different dimension, while climbing you were thinking about asking Shiv about money, fame, family and telling him troubles, but even after him being in front and alone, the desire to ask anything has gone to Zero and this is what I think Shiv does, he has taken away every single luggage from you to make you lighter.
The groom is main attention here, not the food, not the public gathering but as everything is in Zero state right now- the feeling of preserving this energy and staying silent but then suddenly you see ganas of bhagwan shiv running from pole to pole giving options to him on what to wear, some were suggesting the garland of Dhatura fruit while the argument was, it might not look good over mund mala, then everything went silent when aa Bhairav brought a fresh ash from crimination ground and then the makeup started.
Devtas are whispering about the look but Shiv finished applying Bhasam, wearing mund mala, grab his trident in hand – Sun light faded and crowned Moon shined signaling everyone that its time to proceed to trigunayinarayan temple- Devtas requesting Bhagwan Shiv to use their vehicles but Nandi came and stand beside Bhagwaan, as it is like a order to every other gana to mount up, It was necessary to go on nandi as other ganas will not be able to follow.
Ganas of Bhagwan shiv became powerless with Shiv as Shiv is their energy source and slowly you are also realizing that every trouble you ever had in life was, you were disconnected from the source, when you are near him only by looking at him, everything is sorted, you feel sleepy as now your body wants to go in relax mode, from fight mode it is healing, Most of the times our body is in fight mode handling crisis and this is why people are not able to deep sleep but as you will visit your parents/grandparents where your brain tells
you are safe, you sleep a lot, now imagine being in presence of Mahayogi- you want to play like a kid, sleep but this is the moment of celebration and you do not want to miss any detail like a kid who is sleepy but hell bent on staying and playing.

This is the same thing i imagined yesterday, saw some old women along with me without realising who it was. This blog is written really well.
I tried doing the ritual …but It seems meditation is not a cup of everyone’s tea …..I imagined the barat sequence….it was somehow same ….I sept till 8:45 ….which is rare….as usually alaram rings at 6:30 ..

I started the meditation as advised , I could only see glimses of mountains. When I sat for meditation and then came out of meditation I thought it was only 15 mins that I meditated, but 1 full hour had passed. I don’t know what happened in between. Will continue. Gratitude for sharing this out of this world experience.

I tried this meditation last night. Managed to cross human settlements, edge of civilisation and stood at the foothills of Kailash Parvat. Not a soul in sight, utter and total silence except for softly falling snow. There were mountain steps ahead of me (very much like in the above picture), pure fearless isolation. I stood looking at the steps and knew all the action and divine traffic is somewhere up there.
At that stage, I would slip into involuntary black out meditation. When I come out of it, the scene is gone. Tried a couple more times, standing at same spot with the same outcome. Don’t know what it signifies. I’ll try again tonight to persevere on the journey.
sir I was awake whole night n felt so many overwhelming moments n cried with bliss without any reason while doing pooja n meditation. Forgot few things as I woke up to read ur article.

Last night such beautiful view and feel the presence the blissness is outstanding but I reached directly to the marriage Venue but today I will pe the part of ganas flok.

I tried the meditation, but i saw something very different. It was snowy mountain everywhere ,but one of the peaj is no snow , grenery like someone magically make that place so that everyone can see the ceremony. LORD Shiva and ma parvati was there . Ma looked so bwautiful you won’t believe. Then one rishi created a yangja kunda and doing hawan. Then they stand up thwy all were so tall me and other humans animals standing there was like small ants. Shiva and parvati looked at each othere and smile . Thwn they exchange barmala. Then rishi said some mantra and then they hold hands . Then they amulgum ..i am not sure if i could explain like bothey nelt and become one . You can not identify each other separately they are 1 . In the mean time it was so much energy and light burst like nuclear explosion. The sky is so bright like there are thousands suns exploding . Ther were many animals also there prominantly i remember a big elephant and a bi antelop like huge one .

Maine shiv bhagwan se same yehi suraj ki kiran dekhi thi jo apne kaha hai same darshan light k sath hue the white shiv or unse aisi roshni jo sirf 1 bhakt hindekh sakta hainshyd or yehi vartlab hui ki apne liye nhi sristi k liye jag jao samy aa gya hai tmhe tmhare karmon ko yaad krne hai. mehnat krni hai sona nhi hai apni puri taqat dharma ko bachane k liye jagane liye lagani hai
Mujhe fir itni neend aa rhi thi ki mai mediation krte krte hi so gya mujhe yaad nhi hai mai kab soya. itna mujhe yaad hai 12.35am se ye mere sath Hua or ye 1 bje tak chala
Main puja 12 bje k baad ki thi abhishek or aarti or mrityunjaya mantra ka jaap kiya 12.30 pe puja ho gyi fir mujhe andar se koi bol rha tha jaldi pahuncho barat shuru ho rhinhai tab mai meditation mein baitha.
Pta nhi ye experience tha ki illusions. Maine vohi describw kiya jo mujhe dikha
