During the beginning of the year, you may already be grappling with a lot of confusion in the workplace and also office politics or nepotism / favouritism related issues. There would have been changes in your work responsibilities midway and some additional work must have been given to you due to shortage of team members, especially work with which you would not have much experience or guidance – and you would have been asked to do this on your own. 

Also there may be some financial promises made in the workplace which later would have been not followed and postponed / cancelled – let all this happen calmly because it will end by February 4, when Jupiter goes direct.
While Jupiter remains in Mrigashira, a lot of searching for clarity in the workplace will continue but this clarity will not be found until Jupiter is retrograde.
